Do NOT have your event here. I got married here last week and the event managers do not follow through on the contract. They say they will be with the bride and groom throughout the event but my brother had to ask where they were throughout the wedding. We didn't know when we were supposed to start walking down the aisle and 15 minutes later they came to tell us to start. They did not put food in the yichud room and gave us only a few leftovers to take home even though we had 30 fewer people than the minimum for the hall. They threatened to take us to court because they didn't cash our check even though when we signed we gave them checks to cash. The managers came to ask for tips even though we tipped directly so the waiters who were great would get the money instead of the money gauging managers who did nothing. Nice venue and waiters but not worth the stress and lies from management.

In the last 3 weeks I have been here for 2 wedding events. The food at the enterence (prior to wedding) was not great, the staff were not trained, and did not know to explain about the food, the main dinner was deliverd very late (23:00). We did not enjoy.
