The staff is amazing and the hotel is situated along a beautiful stretch of beach. ממליץ בחום staying here when visiting Tel Aviv!!

My wife and were very dissatisfied by our 6-night stay here. To start with, the service is highly unprofessional. We observed dirty silverware and plates being served at breakfast. We even saw a waiter sneeze twice into his hand before using the same hand to place forks onto the tables outside. This incident would be shocking at a 3-star hotel and is hard to believe at the Hilton, which charges more than $500/night. The food itself at breakfast was also disappointing. Even though we arrived soon after breakfast opened on some days, hot dishes were already at room temperature and sometimes even cold to the touch. The shakshuka, a simple dish to make, was some of the worst I have ever had. We also ordered a schnitzel one night with room service. It had no flavor at all, but it did cost 150 shekel. The rooms are tired and desperately need updating. As a result of our hilton honor status, we were initially upgraded, only to arrive in the room to find a broken door to the balcony. We were therefore moved to another room without the upgrade. In fairness, we did enjoy the Hotel’s gym and pool. The gym has plenty of equipment and weights. This was our first time staying at Hilton and will also be the last. The Carlton and Royal Beach are better choices, especially at the respective costs.

The Vista experience is well worth it. Their staff is absolutely the best, extremely friendly, and always welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely stocked as well.

The Hilton Tel Aviv is a perfect example of a hotel that survives purely on its prime location—and nothing else. The customer service and hotel management are some of the rudest, most disrespectful I’ve encountered. There’s no warmth, no hospitality, just attitude and entitlement from the staff. If you have a question or issue, good luck getting a respectful response. The rooms are dated and uninspired, with nothing to justify the outrageous price tag. The food is average at best, and parking is either unavailable or will cost you an absurd amount. The whole place feels like it caters to rich pricks who care more about flashing status than experiencing genuine kindness or quality service. Unless you’re someone who enjoys spending a lot of money to be treated like an inconvenience, look elsewhere. The view is great, but that’s just geography—not something the hotel can take credit for. Definitely not worth it.
