After looking for a place to celebrate my 10-year-old son's birthday, I reached out to Dominic over the phone. He gave me detailed explanations that others did not give me and forced me to come to the place and I wanted to compare prices/places, etc. He was completely direct and provided excellent service and made me want to come and see the place. My son and I arrived to see the place. He turned on smoke lights for me and showed me the tables. He is a very hardworking man. Everything he promised was there!!! My child was the star of the evening, which is the most important The operator was incredibly professional!! The place was clean and tidy and I received queenly service all evening!!! They even cut the cake and distributed it to the children. Every request I made was carried out right away!! Most importantly, the place is clean!!! Neat, comfortable and accessible!! I want to share and praise the Puzzle Club. We celebrated a Bat Mitzvah for a girl last week... Dominic was so kind...service at the highest level possible. Every question/request was answered immediately and with great tolerance throughout the planning of the Bat Mitzvah. The Bat Mitzvah evening was amazing. An amazing, caring team, an operator named Tal is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She calmed the girl down before entering😚 and raised the evening to a high level. Everything was implemented according to what we agreed on. The kids had a great time! They didn't stop dancing🥰 and the girl was in the clouds! ממליץ בחוםed.
