From the very first conversation, we felt that you were not just a caterer but a professional with true care. You were attentive to every request – with sugar, without sugar, whole wheat flour, olive oil – everything was fully considered and served exactly as we wanted. On the day of the event, we received delicious, fresh, varied food, carefully and aesthetically packaged, simply a delight for the eyes and palate. Beyond the food, we got to know you as a person – you accompanied us with sensitivity, good advice and genuine cooperation, helping with the little details such as adjusting the amount of food, choosing the right disposable dishes and how many tables we needed, and all this with a smile, care and a sense of partnership. The food was not only delicious but also spectacular in its beauty and received many compliments from the guests. We finished a relatively small family bar mitzvah event today with Shani's hospitality trays. It arrived on time, in aesthetic packaging and in abundance. And the reviews from all the guests (and some are picky....) were excellent. From minor to major. Also, the entire interaction with Shani, and the accuracy of the invitation was pleasant and with good and fast communication. It was important to me to compliment, even before the photographer sent the photos......
