Fast, pleasant and patient service!! Yesterday I ordered a tray and a bottle of wine for a distant friend who was celebrating her birthday After a little over three hours she already received the delivery. Everything looked great and was really delicious!! Thank you very much 🙂

Think twice before ordering here! I ordered a fruit platter for an important meeting and it arrived an hour and a half late!!! And the meeting was already over. The platter was fine and most of the fruit was fresh and tasty except for the pineapple and watermelon. They could have put more lychees and sabers generously for the price I paid (it said 4 lychees and 1 saber).

Do not recommend at all – a big disappointment and lack of credibility We ordered a cake and balloon delivery for my mother for her birthday, through their website. We live abroad, so we trusted them to fulfill what was promised in a respectable manner. The website had a picture of an impressive cake, decorated with different toppings on each slice, and a large helium balloon with the words “Happy Birthday”. What actually arrived was embarrassing: a very simple cake with a little whipped cream – absolutely not what was ordered – and a poor regular balloon (not helium) that said “With greetings and appreciation”, which is not at all relevant to the event. We immediately contacted the business owner with a picture and an explanation, and he simply did not respond. Not to messages, not to phone calls, even after a few days. Only when we mentioned that we would write a negative review, suddenly the option to write a review on Google disappeared. Unfair, unprofessional, and in my opinion also unethical behavior. Charged us 400 NIS for a product that did not match even 10% of what was ordered. A disgrace. One of the worst service experiences we've had. I recommend staying away - it's simply not worth the hassle.

A perfect experience! I ordered a fruit tray for an event, and I received a work of art - fresh, colorful, tastefully arranged and abundant. Everyone was enthusiastic, both about the taste and the beauty. The service was courteous and fast, and you could feel that it was important to them that the customer was satisfied. I recommend wholeheartedly - I will definitely order again..!! thanks!!
