Natalie literally made my wedding dreams come true! My husband and I worked with Natalie for nearly 18 months leading up to our wedding. She helped keep every task on schedule and she is extremely organized. We were planning a wedding abroad in Israel while living in Chicago, and it would have been impossible to coordinate without Natalie. Because we live abroad we put a lot of trust in Natalie to pick vendors and negotiate on our behalf and I am so extremely glad that she was there for us. She worked seamlessly with all our vendors and we always felt that she had our best interest in mind. When it was time for our wedding every single detail could not have been more perfect. Everything from the menu, decor, flowers, schedule, music, and overall ambiance was perfect. She not only helped plan our wedding day, but also our Friday night dinner, and pre wedding excursion to the Dead Sea. On the day of my wedding Natalie was there from the very early hours in the morning to the time the last guests were leaving. I have never been to a wedding where the wedding planner was more involved or as dedicated as Natalie. Planning a wedding in a matter of two months and from a distance is no easy task. Natalie accepted the challenge and went above and beyond to ensure this was day the most special and memorable day of our lives. She was always available and accessible. We needed to communicate with her frequently via email or phone in order to meet tight deadlines, and despite the difference in time zone, she was always ready to discuss ideas and decisions. From the event location to the florist and decor to the cake, she coordinated an amazing experience. She had a great selection of vendors which fit both our needs and our budget, and each and every one provided exceptional service. Natalie also assisted with guest accommodations and transportation. This wedding was nearly an impossible task. Natalie didn't blink an eye for a moment and not only coordinated an event, but took our vision and brought it to life. She made our dream wedding a reality. I can't thank her enough!

Natalie was everything we dreamed of in a wedding planner. My husband and I thought it would be helpful to have her there for the day-of the wedding, but she was with us for weeks before, making sure everything was in place.
