Not bad service and beautiful foreigners, but the prices are sky high

I want to say that the bouquets and flowers are nice, cute and beautiful. There are only two problems. The store website is crooked, we couldn't fill in all the lines in English and Hebrew, so my son couldn't pay and order the flowers. In the end, I had to get to the store and ordered two bouquets. The next day we waited for the delivery until 12:30, even though the delivery hours were 10:00-11:00. It turned out that employees called the recipient of the bouquet and she said she would be home in an hour, but we (her parents) were waiting at home for the bouquets. No one called me, nor did anyone who ordered the flowers and paid. So I had to call twice to solve the problem.

We received a gift for our wedding anniversary from my husband's parents. Very satisfied and thank you for the service.

If I can give less than one star I would. And the only reason I am giving one star is for delivery. Delivery was speedy , no complaints. However I ordered something and got something completely different. The flowers were wilted and the bouquet is shameful, seriously the embarrassment when I saw it on my friends table left me speechless. Never again. Terrible, I don't recommend AT ALL.
