A dress that was sewn exactly to my measurements after measurements and arrived too small with sleeves that squeezed very much. Instead of making a proper repair, their seamstress took another hundreds of shekels and not only didn't solve the problem, she shortened the length of my dress on her own accord, and when I told her it was too short and I don't like it, she claimed that she wasn't ready to take responsibility for a dress being too long lest I fall with it, a week before the wedding the last thing I had the strength to do was argue with stupidity and opacity. After the wedding they asked for a recommendation, so this is my only recommendation. It's been 3 years and I'm still angry that they made me feel uncomfortable in my dress on my wedding day.
