I arrived at Lena's early in the morning for makeup for my son's Aliyah to Torah and Lena, as usual, was incredibly patient and professional. The makeup was perfect and there was no one who didn't ask me who I had my makeup done by. I want to highly recommend Lena, who is truly a makeup artist, and she is stunning. She did my makeup and four other bridesmaids' on my wedding day, which was one of the hottest days of August this year, and she did it perfectly. Not only was the makeup customized for each of us, it also lasted throughout the entire event. I suffer from heatstroke (it's hot for me even at 23 degrees with the air conditioner on), and that day we had photos outside, and I was sure I would be one big liquid mess. So sure that I insisted on an escort, even though Lena explained to me that there was absolutely no need. No way, I told her. I sweat a lot. Everything will smear. And in the end, she did escort me to the event, but there was nothing she could do to fix it, at all! Apart from reapplying my lipstick (which is something I could have done myself, because she gave me a makeup bag with lipstick and special anti-shine blotting paper), there was simply nothing she could do there. She not only made me look beautiful (not an easy task in itself), she did my makeup tastefully, emphasized and concealed what was needed, and knew how to use products that would last and last, every Israeli beauty. And no less important, she also treated me like a human being: she reminded me to drink from time to time during the get-together, made sure they brought me water, complied with my every request, also did makeup on my chest, shoulders, and arms, and truly made me the most beautiful and special version of myself, and did all of this with grace and gentleness, casually. I highly recommend her for any occasion, I have no doubt that I will return to her again and again. She was nothing short of amazing!
