‎H to a good company and I didn't receive it. ‎I'll address the customer service issue for a moment, which was truly bizarre. ‎I placed an order at noon - great that there are same-day deliveries - but they told me after checking that today is no longer possible and it will be sent the next day. So far so good and they said it would arrive in the morning. The hours pass and I don't get a sign that it has arrived... It's already 4 o'clock and this is where the gibberish began. "It's on the way". This is after they sent me to talk to the courier, to check with him (and not simply check themselves). They lied to me, saying that they called the company and she asked to receive it in the evening (it didn't happen) and then they said it was because of the situation and the war (that everything is fine, it makes sense, but they explicitly boast on the website that they are working as usual, so if they are not working as usual, don't write that). ‎From 4 to 8 the shipment was "on the way". A shipment that was supposed to be sent in the morning: each time a new excuse. A lot of shifting responsibility ("I'm not responsible for the arrangements," the person who was the contact told me, as if I cared who was responsible) ‎Next time, just tell the truth and don't lie. ‎I came to make a gesture to a friend and it came out a little crooked. At an inconvenient time for her. I usually don't write a negative review about a business. I own a business myself, so I always contact the business first in order to solve the problem, but the attitude was truly below criticism, and in correspondence they asked me to make amends because the tray came out amazing 😂 How ignorant. ‎That's it. Maybe the tray was wonderful (I'll never know...) but the service is awful.

I would like to praise Terez and Oshri Levy from the Kiryat Ata branch. My delivery was a surprise for the holiday for a very important person, from the moment to the moment, Thursday 21:00 the next day, Friday! They managed it like greats! And I was really worried that the delivery would arrive less impressive than the website - not only did it arrive as on the website, it also came out more dignified and beautiful, which made the recipient really excited and happy about the delivery! In addition, I challenged them that I did not have an exact address, and they easily managed that too. More than anything, I was impressed by the conversation with them that they really care about my requests Terez and Oshri, thank you very much 🙏🏼

Despite having some glitches when I was attempting to order online initially, I got an immediate text response via WhatsApp, followed by a personal phone call. The service and delivery were swift, the presentation was beautiful, and the fruit were delicious. As someone who ordered online from overseas to a friend who lives in Israel, I was not disappointed!!! I would recommend this company (Pri Loco) to anyone who appreciates good service, professionalism, honesty, good quality, and amazing service with a personal touch. I was looking for a last-minute gift delivery and was recommended Pri Loko. Sarit was extremely helpful with her suggestions, assisted in composing a lovely message in ivrit (which isn't my first language) and assuring me that my gift would arrive safely. Within minutes of placing my order with her, I received an sms confirmation and receipt and just a few hours later the most beautiful fruit platter was delivered to my brother and sister-in-law in Haifa. I highly recommend Pri Loko and will certainly be ordering again in the future.
