Ofir is the best choice for your event! If you ask me how many people asked for your number after the event, I wouldn't know how many because there are too many!!! I have no words for what Ofir was to us, a listening ear, a supportive shoulder and just being there for us in all the stressful, exciting and amazing moments! Wowwww how do we start???? Ofir was perfect!! We started almost a year ago. Ofir came to the halls with us and advised us, gave us answers to every question and was available to us every day - at any time! The wedding was supposed to take place in June and was postponed due to the war, Ofir was there for us, moved our suppliers and made sure we didn't cry too much😂 Then came the real wedding- wow- I didn't know how important an event producer was until then He took care of all the little details, cleaning the hall, toilets, the plaza. He took care of all the lights, flags and flip-flops that we brought to the plaza. He made sure to bring money for all the suppliers. He took care of us at the wedding and explained to us what to do at every moment, we just came as guests and he arranged everything!!! A little about Ofir Shemesh the Legend! So just before I continue with some more shares for today, I'm stopping to tell you about our event manager🥹 When I decided that I was going all the way with all the ideas I had for the wedding, I realized that I had to find an external event manager who would beat the whole orchestra and help me, as a control freak, let go and ultimately be a guest at our event. I really dreamed about it! Especially after all the challenging work of putting my ideas into practice. We met Ofir after a less than successful experience with an external event manager we hired at first. While scrolling through Instagram in the middle of the night, I came across a story of a bride sharing something that bought me! In that her family and everyone around her were crazy about the event manager she had. From the second we booked Ofir, he was available 24/7, but really! (It's not for nothing that all the recommendations for him say that he's not normal because he really is. There wasn't a single message! One! that wasn't answered at that moment, no matter what time it was). He calmed us down, covered our bases, answered every question and request, helped and recommended several suppliers that we didn't have time to close (when surrounded by the best in the field just like him, including Ehud Saban, our DJ) and most of all??!! He survived me😂 Not an easy bride with sky-high expectations and a PDF file of DIY positions that only need a team for! Ofir definitely executed the production in an amazing way! And just as he was 100% self-sufficient in the months before, so was the event itself from the first second we set foot in the garden. His management is top-notch, he gets along great everywhere and with every task, and it's at a level that we discovered about Baltamim, who solved just a few days later in a phone call with him. So if you're a control freak bride who has to have everything done your way + stay calm and enjoy yourself at the highest level possible, he's your man. We're sick of you and we want to get married again just so you can manage the event again🧡
