Exceptionally poor experience. Had pre-booked an appointment, blocked out my whole workday, and traveled 2 hours to get there, only to get immediately told that they can no longer make a dress for me because they are at full capacity. Despite being at “full capacity” Galia still had the time to imply she could make it work at a price that was more than double the original quotation. Staff were very rude and unorganised; and they did not like the fact I tried to comfort a bride that was having a meltdown because they messed up her dress 2 days before her wedding. The place was an absolute chaotic mess that hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The entire experience was poor. Avoid this place if you want to have an enjoyable bridal dress experience.

I’ve had a very pleasant appointment at Galia Lahav. Her and her employees are all very nice and friendly. The dresses are also out of this word and very high quality. Perfect for brides that want to “dress to impress”.
