Attentive, creative, experienced

I will start by saying that I am not the bride, but a bridesmaid. I will continue by noting that the dress came out really beautiful and the bride was very pleased. However, I was shocked by her human relations. Bahdra was aggressive and very unpleasant towards the 2 bridesmaids and created a tense atmosphere for everyone present and there was a feeling that it was forbidden to talk and breathe in the studio. Instead of a fun and experiential day, it was a stressful day that everyone was waiting for to end. My feelings (and those of the mother of the bride and the bride herself) are not related to the fact that Bahdra did not allow me to bring my therapy dog, as she claims, because I respect and understand. But her aggression was expressed in many ways: - Almost every suggestion we made to improve the dress was met with aggression, rejection and rudeness. - While Bahdra was working on something on the side, the bride tried to lift the bottom of the dress a little (to her horror) and got into trouble. When I went to help her, Bahadra yelled at me that as long as we were in her studio, we were not allowed to touch the dress and only she was touching it (there were no pins we could undo or anything, we just lifted it up a little to see how it would look if it were shorter) - While the bride was wearing the dress and Bahadra was sticking Swarovski stones on it, I wanted to come and see how it looked (short-sighted, after 3 surgeries) but I was afraid to get up from the chair because of the aggression, so I asked her permission to come closer, after I said I couldn't see. She wouldn't let me get up. And these are just some of the examples. We are all polite women and we all thanked her at the end of the day for the work she did. But each and every one of us left with a feeling of distress and great disappointment. It's true that the bride Bahadra was very nice, but that's really not enough.
