Could not recommend Vadim enough! I came across his designs online and reached out to see if he took international orders and if he made any customizations. I was hesitant to order from overseas, but Vadim was super responsive through both email and phone and offers a fantastic refund policy if anything were to be off. I did not expect this since he was making a dress customized to my sizing and modifications. He truly cares about his customers and wants them to be fully satisfied in the product! He sent sketches of the dress with the modifications I had requested for final approval, as well as images of the finished product prior to shipping. The whole process (from contacting him to receiving my dress) took only 3 months. I did have to have another seamstress take the dress taken in a bit once I received it, but that is understandable as I was not able to have fittings in person as many of his other customers are. I would much rather the dress be a bit too big than too small, so it was not an issue for me. My dress was absolutely my favorite piece of my wedding day and I already have had it preserved to last for many more years! Thank you, Vadim!
