The service was outstanding from start to finish. They knew exactly what he needed, took care of the alterations right away, and made the whole process feel effortless. Scheduled a 1:1 to try a groom's suit, came on time, and was greeted very poorly. Salesman was extremely rude, pushy, and seemed to only want to get us out of there. Tried a couple of suits of different colors, all the while being treated rudely by the salesman. I tried to stay polite, but left with a very poor feeling about it, even if the suits were okay in quality. Waited 2+ weeks and had to call myself, to find that the suit was ready. Coming in to collect it, I wanted to try it on to make sure it fit and no mistakes were made. Salesman (this time a different one) was rude, did not seem to want me there and tried to hurry me along. After I insisted, they let me try the suit on. Always treating you as if trying on a suit you paid a lot of money for, for 5 minutes, is a "hassle" or "not worth their time". This store does not deserve its customers. You cannot treat people this way that come and pay you good money. Will not recommend, you can probably get better suits or same kinds of suits in the area or elsewhere, with customer service that doesn't want to kick you out.

My husband needed a suit for a wedding, this was a last-minute shop and we were worried that the suit wouldn't be ready on time. We came to Salina and he immediately found many options for his liking, the quality, fit, and variety were exceptional! They also rushed to guarantee that the suit would be ready right on time. Tina was amazing, she suggested the best fit for my husband, matching the shirt, belt and shoes. I would highly recommend Salina, they have great customer service and amazing clothing.

I'm editing this review to include the full story. It originally happened around February, but it's still fresh in my memory: Awful, rude, and impatient service provider: Once we said we would like to try a suit, the representative asked us if we were going to buy today. When we replied we're not sure, he said "Then today, you're only trying jackets!" assuming I wasn't being serious. He had very little patience and had me wear a very ugly jacket over the sweater I had coming in. When I asked him if I could try it in a different color, he just told me to come next week, to brush me off. STAY AWAY. These people don't deserve your time nor money.

Terrible experience. We walked in with an idea of what we wanted and the salesman was extremely rude. Even if he didn't like it, he should've helped us find something similar instead of pushing suits that looked like we can get on Ali Express. Kindness is the basis for good service.
