From the very first moment, the behind-the-scenes preparations were incredibly organized and efficient. Ofer arrived with all the necessary equipment and prepared all the food from scratch, with unparalleled professionalism and talent. The food itself was simply a delight to the palate. Even the most picky guests were delighted, and not a single hungry stomach was left at the end of the event. The variety was rich, the flavors were amazing, and it is important to note the excellent attention and wide variety offered even to vegetarian guests. The entire experience was above and beyond expectations. Wow. What an Ofer!! Professional, organized - comes with all the equipment down to the towel level... The food is prepared from scratch on the spot, sweet, clean, hearty, and most importantly Insanely delicious. Everything. Ofer Chef was excellent. I got his name through a friend who knew him. Everything was excellent!!! After an informative phone call Ofer understood and helped in planning the event and of course recommending the menu. He arrived two and a quarter hours before the invitation and laid out all the dishes, vegetables and other ingredients in the kitchen. Everything was prepared on the spot! The pasta, the salads, the desserts was really an event in itself to see how Ofer and his assistant, 4 hands prepare an exemplary meal!
