I placed an order at noon - great that there are same-day deliveries - but they told me after checking that today is no longer possible and it will be sent the next day. So far so good and they said it would arrive in the morning. The hours pass and I don't get a sign that it has arrived... It's already 4 o'clock and this is where the gibberish began. "It's on the way". This is after they sent me to talk to the courier, to check with him (and not simply check themselves). They lied to me, saying that they called the company and she asked to receive it in the evening (it didn't happen) and then they said it was because of the situation and the war (that everything is fine, it makes sense, but they explicitly boast on the website that they are working as usual, so if they are not working as usual, don't write that). From 4 to 8 the shipment was "on the way". A shipment that was supposed to be sent in the morning: each time a new excuse. A lot of shifting responsibility ("I'm not responsible for the arrangements," the person who was the contact told me, as if I cared who was responsible) Next time, just tell the truth and don't lie. I came to make a gesture to a friend and it came out a little crooked. At an inconvenient time for her. I usually don't write a negative review about a business. I own a business myself, so I always contact the business first in order to solve the problem, but the attitude was truly below criticism, and in correspondence they asked me to make amends because the tray came out amazing 😂 How ignorant. That's it. Maybe the tray was wonderful (I'll never know...) but the service is awful.
