You were a doubt at the event of a relative who is close to my heart, and apart from the heartache you left her with since the wedding, you have not received service befitting the occasion. 1. You switched to another photographer at the last minute because you flew abroad. 2. The replacement photographer was bad to say the least and took bad photos. There are no photos of the event garden or videos.. And the saddest thing is that there are no normal photos to put in a wedding album. 3. You didn't release the reel in a reasonable time only after multiple requests, "you kindly agreed" to send her the reel after six months and even after you finally released the very amateurish reel, it should be noted videos of shaking, jumping and lack of focus.. (If anyone wants the video, contact me privately) You also made sure to tell her not to send you any more words (which alone shocks me, whoever heard that there are no correction requirements from the bride before releasing the reel why didn't you ask her what was important to her in the reel - too bad, it didn't happen, you gave her the feeling that you were doing her a favor after this is what ended between you.. It's simply not nice and unpleasant to work with such attitude. That's why you got one star, Take this case to your attention and hope it doesn't happen More than any bride who takes you - coordinate expectations, include in the contract that you might change the photographer at the last minute and maybe the reels won't come out immediately and it will take a month, two months, even six months.

We decided to bring Chen right on the spot the day before our wedding! We didn't really know who he was and we were just lucky!! We met a professional person, with a love for the profession, full of good intentions, amazing energy, who knew how to help beyond just taking pictures but really being there for us for guidance, relaxation, laughter, just everything!! We were happy to have the amazing Chen photograph us and with God's help we will hire his services many more times!! Thank you Chen!

Incredible videography by Chen and incredible video editing by Irit! My wife and I planned a destination wedding in Israel, and we have American / European standards so we interviewed many videographers and when we met Chen it was obvious that his work is special and to the international standards we looked for.
