I have scheduled an order for my parents anniversary on October 9th, 2024, and I’ve got a chocolates that their expired date was September 19th, 2024. Not only this is dangerous to sell out expired products but the seller “kindly” & ridiculously offered to refund me for an individual item instead of the whole order!! Which was ~500 shekels. This business should be ashamed of themselves!! Check twice the products you receive from them!

I recommend this delivery company (I can compare with others) for a responsible attitude to the order: they did not formally copy the text attached to the flowers but clarified all the details and nuances (the text was very personal), set the delivery time as it was convenient for us and the bouquet itself and the box of chocolates were tastefully decorated.

Glad a new flower shop opened in our neighborhood. The arrangement she made was beautiful and reasonably priced. 👍
