I used to buy flowers from this shop regularly, but they completely ruined one of the most important days of my life. For my wedding, I asked specifically for a bouquet of fresh roses — I even told them I didn’t care about the color, as long as they were fresh. When my husband came to pick them up, the bouquet (which cost 400₪!) was dry, wilted, and looked terrible. On our wedding day we had no time to argue or replace it, so he paid, but we couldn’t even use the bouquet for the ceremony. It was heartbreaking and extremely disappointing. Since then, we’ve stopped buying from this shop altogether

The store has a good selection of flowers. Beautiful bouquets. The service is amazing, and the staff is very friendly. They will go above and beyond to make make your experience wonderful. Barak speaks English and Russian, which makes it easier to communicate with people outside of Israel. Will definitely order more.

The best service I've received in the 7 years I've lived in Israel. I received a beautiful orchid for my birthday and despite following the care instructions, within 6 weeks it had basically died. I took it back to the shop to ask for help. I was fully expecting to be told it was my fault and there was nothing they could do but to my surprise, Barak in the store said, I'll take care of you, pick any one you want to replace it. Not seeing one as beautiful as the one I had originally received he gave me his number and told me to message him later that week and he would send me photos of new orchids that had come into the store. I did as instructed and he sent me back options, I chose one which actually had 5 stems, and even though my original orchid only had 4 stems he didn't mention it and put aside for me until I was able to collect it. When I went in a couple days later, I was greeted me with a smile and it changed the entire experience, making it a pleasure instead of the fight I was expecting. I would wholeheartedly recommend Barak and Gordon Flowers to not only deliver beautiful flowers and arrangements but to deliver them with a smile and the best possible service.
