Very disappointed with this place and their service. Since order was placed it felt off. We went to pickup the order and they had no idea what we were talking about even after showing them our order 4 times before they actually went to check. Obviously they figured the order was there. Gave us faces and just horrible experience especially from a flower show.

Sadly, this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a flower shop my whole life. I’ve placed an order online. The courier yelled at my girlfriend, cursed her and wouldn’t deliver the flowers to the destination I requested because “it’s too far for him” (I paid extra for this range delivery). When I called the shop, they hung up the phone and blocked me. They wouldn’t return my money. I tried using their service to support a small business. I’ve learnt my lesson.

I called in my order 2 hours before Shabbat and they were able to get these gorgeous flowers to their destination before Shabbat. Wonderful service and beautiful flowers. ממליץ בחום Pirchei Gan Eden
