The driver didn't arrive on time to pick us, people had to find ways to go back home. Worst experience ever.

We payed up front. The driver didn't show up in time because he booked another drive while he was booked for hour drive, making him late in more then an hour. If was Friday evening, and everyone had to go by local transport before Shabbat enters. Very poor service, not recommended!

As a tour guide, I ordered for the 1st time a bus service from President Tours. Received top service from Vered in the office, had quality busses and experienced and very pleasant drivers. Looking forward to work with them again.

We were very happy with your service. Every driver was always on time and very friendly:-) Here are two things that could be improved: online payment would have been great. We dont know why it did not work. Also we were very happy to have someone with us who spoke Hebrew. It made coordination way easier. Im sure thats also good to know for other groups. The customer service representative was very responsive, nice and professional. We received several quotes and ended up making the decision 1 day before the event and they were able to provide us with the bus we needed on a very short notice, in a quick and efficient way. The driver was excellent and the guest were very pleased.
