We booked a wedding shuttle. We did not receive our driver's phone call until two hours before the scheduled pickup time. We requested a driver who would be on time and punctual, but the driver was 20 minutes late, which is a significant amount of time considering the traffic jams from Haifa to the Jerusalem hills.
