Nice place but extremely awkward underground parking, dirty and hard to find how to get to Yama. If you have issues climbing stairs, don't go. The elevators didn't work or were just for the tenants.

The place isn't maintained, smelly, people are smoking inside. Food is stale and not recommend.

Been there for a weeding, it's right in front of the sea, the food is average, The open space is wonderful . Great place to make a party or big event . Best time it's in the sunset :) Photographer credit: Eli Hadida

Nice, beautiful place with shoreline view from the deck, but the underground parking is distant from the elevators and there is need to walk in stinky air, jumping over obstacles. Don't park there, there are a lot of parking outside the building near the beach...

Awesome views and a wonderful place to have a wedding or any other special celebratory event.
