Beyond expectations. The team is very nice and helpful high quality equipment. They helped me to load my car with the karaoke kit. Easy pickup abd easy return.

Great Price for the amount of time we got it for. We rented a "yellow" bouncy with water. The kids really enjoyed ages 3-16. Even the 14 month old splashed around in the pool part. Was really hard to dry and pack up, but they were nice about it when we returned it...

Really bad service. Stay away! I asked the employees of Idan VIP several times on phone and in person about to give me a bouncy castle with a slider. As my son wished for his 4th birthday. I have received the wrong one. My son was disappointed. If your event is important don't work with them.

The equipment rented was clean and in good condition. Also the instructions on how to use it were very clear. Will be happy to use this equipment rental service again.
