Choosing an RSVP service: FAQ
It depends on what you need. Some companies charge per phone number, some per message, some per invitee and some only for guests who answered. Compare the "Price for 300 invitees" row and check what each price includes: how many rounds, whether WhatsApp is automated and whether VAT is included.
Official WhatsApp (Meta's WhatsApp Business API) sends from a business account with pre-approved message templates, so messages go out automatically without risking your number. Manually messaging hundreds of people from a personal WhatsApp can get the number restricted or blocked, and links sent to people who have not saved you are not always clickable.
