We got married last week at the Sera Events Hall – it was a crazy and exciting wedding – highly recommended! ✨ Everything in the hall was thoughtful, innovative, professional and amazing: the service, the food, the arrangement and the management. The waiters provided service with a smile and the guests kept telling us after the wedding that they had never seen anything like it in their lives. Every request was met with plenty, everything was clean, organized and on time. The event management was professional at the highest level, and the service from the managers was simply exceptional – available, caring and accompanied us all the way. We celebrated the wedding of our son Joel with our dear daughter-in-law Michal, and it is impossible not to praise the amazing hall and the wonderful staff wholeheartedly. From the very first meeting, we received personal, warm and professional attention, and we felt that we were in the best hands possible. And especially – dear Assi. It is difficult to describe in words how significant he was to us throughout the entire process. Assi accompanied us step by step, with endless patience, a smile, professionalism at the highest level and an amazing ability to resolve any issue quickly and easily. He was available for any question, took care of every little detail, and made the entire experience much more relaxed and enjoyable. On the wedding night, we really felt like we had a “big brother” who was holding everything perfectly, and this gave us the opportunity to rejoice wholeheartedly without any worries. The hall itself is spectacular in its beauty, tastefully and elegantly decorated, the food was excellent and the guests never stopped complimenting – but above all, what made the real difference was Assi and his amazing staff.
