Stayed here while attending a conference in Jerusalem, and was impressed. Comfortable and well-maintained rooms, with friendly staff. Extremely close to the Old City, Jaffa Gate, and the King David Hotel where my conference was. Very reasonably priced too. Definitely recommend.

We were a group of fifteen staying Friday to Saturday. All the group were in rooms around a central area with comfortable seating and provisions for tea and coffee that was reserved for our use. The rooms are large and comfortable. They may not be so new, but they were clearly built to last and are well maintained. Friday night dinner was very good. Breakfast was a bit minimal, but nobody went hungry.

The only good thing is the location near the old town. Downsides are: - hygiene below zero - bathroom with mould - stained bed sheets - stained carpets inside and outside rooms - breakfast is disgusting / dirty place - music out loud at floor 1 where they have weddings and parties - from rooms on 2 floor you can hear the noise - they don’t give water to customers - basic human needs. Fridge is empty in the rooms. - They don’t clean the room from one day to another if you stay multiple days. - the price is as a mid range hotel but this is far out that range. - no parking

Our room was supposed to be ready at 9 am. We checked at 11 and still not ready. Checked at 1. Still nope. 2:45? Nope. Worst service ever. Plus, 1 key for a 6 person room?! Worst idea ever. Keys don't cost much to make and if you're worried about people stealing them, switch to the keycard system and give each room 1 key for shabbat. And there's also 1 outlet for each 6 person room. We're not in the middle ages. We need outlets.😂 The food was HORRIBLE and the dining room, as well as lobby, was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Dining service was bad too, as servers forgot to bring the main course to my table until we reminded them and then they failed to bring dessert.
