I ordered catering for a market table + desserts from Big Mama, after a comprehensive market review of various sites that offer the same service, for my husband's 60th birthday celebration, based on the recommendations that were written online. From the moment I made the initial contact, I received great, warm service. They answered all my questions with great patience, and it was really evident that they wanted to provide the best service. Close to the event, instead of me being the one to call them to make sure everything was closed, they were the ones who contacted me to remind me. Around the time of the event, two young and charming table designers arrived who also provided courteous and warm service. The market table was very rich, with a very wide variety of dishes. The guests really enjoyed the food, which was delicious and of very high quality. For the first time in my life, I saw that it was possible to close a deal when the business owner trusts the customer to pay him what he deserves without demanding advances or doing anything else about the payment. I highly recommend anyone looking for delicious food, courteous service, and a warm attitude to order through Big Mama. Thank you for making the hosting perfect.

We just finished making our first bar mitzvah (and out first simcha at that). I am so grateful that we booked with Big Mama! From the moment I reached out to inquire, they were attentive and responsive. No question was too small to ask. As we got closer to the date of the event, they checked in about every detail. There were no surprises on the day of the event because they had thought of everything and communicated it clearly. At the event itself the staff was extremely professional. They responded to my every request with speed, efficiency and warmth. The food was delicious and plentiful. So many of our guests remarked how much they enjoyed the food - the variety of the offering, and how delicious each dish was! The staff also cleaned up the hall beautifully. Our day was completely stress free because of the service. We were able to truly enjoy our event because we booked with Big Mama! Will definitely be using again at our next simcha. Could not recommend them enough!
