I applied to rent equipment about four days before the event. I was told that a quote would be sent to me and after a while when it was not sent, I called to make sure that the order was received. They told me there was nothing to worry about and that there was an order. On the day of the event they were not available and by the time they answered they accused me as a customer of calling too much.
