Please be warned, the service here is extremely bad, they have no respect or regard for the customer whatsoever! If I could give a " - " score that still would be too much. The flowers (tulips) were ordered early in the morning, they arrived at 20:30 !!! They also arrived in very bad condition, the stems were very dry because they were not wrapped in water or a wet sponge. Many of the flowers drooped because of this. They were not standing straight. When I phoned them the next day they did not answer the phone. I waited 15 minutes for an answer. I called a second time and left the message to be called back. They never called back. I will never use their services again. I an extremely disappointed.

I ordered from NYC for my mother's birthday in Tel Aviv. The flowers were delivered next day on time - the bouquet was huge apparently and my mom divided it into four different vases. She said she's never seen such a huge bouquet - it absolutely made her day and mine. Thank you.
