I’m in England, my friend is in Even Yehuda. We communicated via whatsapp, she sourced exactly what I was looking for, sent me a photo to check I liked it. I phoned via whatsapp with my card details, she sent a photo of the receipt. She notified me when the delivery was going to be made the next day - she phoned my friend to check she would be in, but kept it a secret. She sent me photo of the bouquet when it was ready and confirmed when it was delivered. My friend loved the flowers! The whole experience was easy, friendly, flexible. Great customer service.
