Absolutely incredible experience. I walked in last minute with a suit that needed fixing. They were literally about to close, and Yossi didn’t even blink. He greeted me with the biggest smile, jumped in to help, and made it all happen with zero hesitation. Not only was he kind and helpful, but I also got to meet his daughter and his son. Just a really lovely family. You can tell they care. You can feel it the second you walk in. He could’ve easily said no, but instead, he squeezed me in, fixed everything, and made my day. Can’t recommend them enough. Go get your suit there. Seriously. Best service, best people.
