The colorist is completely unprofessional. She made the roots 2 tones lighter than the hairs. She explained this by the fact that it is easier for her to change her color from light to dark than vice versa. She probably didn't hear that the color could be the same, and choosing the right one is just a point. As a result, the whole head was in different color spots.
